What can I book with Holiday Desire?

Well, you can book anything and everything! Whatever holiday experience you want - be it a multi-centre holiday, a twin-centre holiday or a city break, our experienced and passionate travel team will be more than glad to tailor-make your holiday around you and your budget.

What documents will I need to travel with?

You would require all the documentations of your holiday that you booked with Holiday Desire. The final documentation including all vouchers will be issued 2 weeks prior to travel. If you have booked a last minute holiday within 3 weeks of your departure and paid in full while booking, your documents will be issued at the time of booking and will be sent via email.

Is there a deposit that I can pay, or need to pay the full amount?

At the time of booking, you need to pay the full amount and kindly note that for our city break payments, all the bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable.

Do I need a visa where I am going on holiday?

You might require a visa if you are travelling to a non-EU country. You may also need a transit visa if you have connecting flights via certain countries. It is important that you have the accurate documentation for the country you are travelling to or else, you might be refused entry. Please check your visa requirements on the following link:

I need to cancel my holiday, will there be any charges?

If you wish to cancel your holiday please call our customer services department on 0203 515 1900 for holidays booked in the Call Centre and 0203 515 1900 for holidays booked online.

Can you send me a brochure or holiday quotes?

Sorry! We are unable to send you a brochure. However, you can browse our travel guides/destination guides. Due to the regular fluctuating of prices, offers and deals, we cannot send any quotes via mail. Kindly search for the latest holiday fares online or call us at
